      Work-at-home setup is legit, part-time hours are ok, personnel is HORRIBLE.

      Pros

      Training was intense but VERY beneficial/learned a lot. Work-at-home setup is the most secure/legit I've seen. Got the hang of things very quickly.

      Cons

      Folks in HR lose your paperwork or don't receive it, constantly! Had to fax something at least twice before the received it. Pay rate wasn't adjusted after training and managers were not on top of getting it corrected. Speaking of managers, communication with managers is HORRIBLE. Can't get anyone on the phone. They don't return emails, and you feel like the only time you hear from them is when it comes to your metrics.

      Pros

      I'm a Fresh Grad then when I joined Sutherland Global Services in Davao. Training team is really good. Especially on the English and Technical team Department. Product and Sales Training coaches will really teach you ways to persuade customers. QA team is really strict and you'll learn a lot from them. They've just set a GOLD standard on this area.

      Cons

      Agents are poorly compensated. Salary disputes always present. They don't really care on their tenured agents. False expectations. No other opportunities. No support when you're already on the floor. They expect ur good after months of training.
