      Loved the scheduling options, Loved the account I was working for, their customers were the best to work with. For my situation the pay was good due to overtime almost everyday. I have no complaints about the work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic call handling metrics to maintain and you are told one thing in training and then something different once you are on your own taking calls or you are give conflicting info to advise depending on who you get it from, so you can feel a little like, no, a lot like you have been set up to fail.

      If you are ready to die to get just Rs.10,000 p/m , you can join this company easily.

      Cons

      During the initial training, we are not supposed to take leave for even a single day. Not even a single sick leave. Unexpectedly I fell ill and couldn't go to office one day and these people have almost crushed me emotionally for that one day sick leave. They just chucked me from my batch and they have put me on hold and no attendance for me. What a pathetic situation. I just started my career and they ruined my career. I informed my HR that I did not get well yet. He said that he will move me to bench else I have to leave their organization. What sort of non sense rules they have.
