      Pros

      You get a paycheck at slightly above minimum wage.

      Cons

      The co-workers are folks who cant get a better job either because of life circumstances or lack of ability. Management is amazingly inconsistent and uncaring. Duplicity and backstabbing from all levels. Dealing with potentially angry customers at a call center is bad enough without the terrible people you work with.

      Pros

      They hire anyone, and have decent benefits after 6 months. Theres advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      They hire anyone, and the pay isnt great. They talk up commission aspects of different programs to tell you how much you can make, when they take every opportunity they can to screw you on your commission payout. The HR department is useless. HR issues such as sexual harassment and racism in the workplace are talked up and dismissed, people who go to HR over members of management have gotten fired. Huge turnover rate.
