      Environment is awesome. Anytime pickup and drop is available.

      There are no cons I experienced.Sometimes you can't adapt to the shift times.But I am okay.

      1. Will not throw you out even if you don't perform 2. People around you will be good. Good environment for less skilled BPO jobs 3. If you have access to very senior leadership you can get global opportunity

      Cons

      1. Annual hike sucks - Mostly in the range of 0% to 5%. Situation is worse if you are in high salary bracket. 2. Very slow in responding to client or people need. Too many approving authorities but, real powers lie with very handful senior people. Choking for middle management roles. 3. Age old people policies. Very less spend on R&R or employee engagement
