Pros

Good and friendly co-workers and team manager.

Cons

First of all, management is not organized at all. They don't know how to work properly and if you are foreigner, it will be even worse than local people. Because they make foriegn employees worry about overstaying and getting salary on time. Working enviroment is really bad as well. Most of employees keep caughing and easy to get sick although you are very healthy. No cafeteria with half an hour of short lunch time. Also, you have to paticipate in activities and meetings which are not related in work after finish your working hour. The best thing about call center is, being able to leave the office on time unless you are on the call. This is not those kind of call center. They should learn how to manage and treat employees.

Pros

the people I work with are helpful and knowledgable , we share ideas and work together to improve our daily work environment and experience.

Cons

Miscommunication, frequent procedural changes they share ideas with each other and fail to communicate clearly on which direction we are taking. it seems there are conflicting personalities that do not work effectively. Failure to recognize potentiak too focus on the numbers and not the personality. Dress code is poorly enforced. Some employees come in looking as if they are going to a nightclub not an office or professional environment. Lack of attention to those making a genuine effort because micromanagment doesn't allow someone to see the big picture and the talent arround them.
