Pros

Great work atmosphere. Attorneys are open and inviting to any questions or comments. The atmosphere is generally laid back, and it's very easy to get along with everyone. The work is usually interesting, and I was impressed by how much responsibility I was given.

Cons

The work has more than it's fair share of "fire drills," but that is the nature of litigation I suppose. The other departments might be better on this front.
