      Excellent sense of ownership imparted by senior leadership. Great place to learn about all aspects of BPO business. Initiatives are recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      Internal lateral movements to different programs\functions\logos difficult due to different program working in their own Silos.

      Pros

      Tons of opportunity to move up in the company. They give you every chance and opportunity to succeed and help you to do so. 80 hours PTO in the first full fiscal year, both value and high quality health insurance. Lots of money to be made with perseverance and effort.

      Cons

      They don't hand you money for nothing and expect you to do your job.
