Learn a lot, Great Help from the Seniors... if u work with SGS u can work any where. A must work place once in a life time great experience

Cons

Too much work pressure, no work is properly assigned, Very Poor pay master,No Growth don't realize the value of the employee, U get reconized and grow in the company only if you do as they say and u must always be in their good books and u can never open your mouth

Professional nature of the call center motivated employees to perform better and have a better chance for promotion.

Cons

They push everyone so hard that the metrics are constantly improving floor-wide which make it ever harder to get promoted.
