Pros

Professional nature of the call center motivated employees to perform better and have a better chance for promotion.

Cons

They push everyone so hard that the metrics are constantly improving floor-wide which make it ever harder to get promoted.

Pros

Good Place to work in the ITES sector as it offers one of the best training in voice and technical skills. Rules and Regulation are followed religiously when it comes to client information or any company policy. Never ever experienced a delay in disbursement of salary.

Cons

Employee working environment can improve a lot. First line managers are not empowered enough with decision making. Employee retention is not attempted with lot of conviction.
