      There was a lack of duch speaking advisors and the crew was overloaded

      Pros

      The renumeration package is OK and also the work conditions in the office; also the team building events and most of all - the people working there

      Cons

      Too much pressure on the dutch team because of lack of personnel; When there is opportunity for promotion the management would pich from another team as if they promote a dutch speaking advisor it's hard to find a substitute.
