      Pros

      Gives Jobs to freshers in masses. Pick up and Drop for employees. Decent Salary for a fresher who is just out of college.

      Cons

      Absoulte Body shopping. Biased and Management that gives undue advantage for females. Your fate is decided by your supervisor. No matter how good you are and How hard you work.

      Pros

      There is always growth for anyone that wants to take it. Learning, family, and brining knowledge is one of the things Sutherland does for people. The company has great core values and lives by them.

      Cons

      There will aways be down days, you have to over come the problems and carry on.

      Proper and ample training given to all agents prior to taking calls. Constant monitoring as well as coaching on all agents. Employee amenities.

      Cons

      Extended work hours almost daily to meet the service level of the clients. No other comments as of this time.
