      several splits in our program --doing a 2 man's job without proper compensation? imagine being a Tech consultant and at the same time a customer service/sales and being paid as a tech consultant only? they imposed changes in short notice you don't have option to disagree with their terms ---it's either you comply or your out

      Work from home - virtual work environment No land line telephone needed 401k program Nice co-workers

      Cons

      Business models change - job you were hired for can change w/o notice. Cross training for additional responsibilities w/o additional pay (doing two jobs for the pay of one). No time off w/o finding a co-worker replacement for your hours. Out sourced foreign help desk for technical issues - often hard to understand & not knowledgeable.
