The hours we nice. 9:00am-5:30 pm

Cons

Low commission structure. Management also too busy in some kind of a "meeting" to help. Questions are asked and no one answers them. I was told I would need to sell 45 policies a month. A few months later that that number doubled. The most commission that could be made is $700, and to reach that number you'd have to sell 115 policies. Unobtainable goals. You're pretty much on your own here
