Pros

It was work from home. My team was good and we worked together well. That's it. Nothing else positive to say.

Cons

This company is horrible. No 401K match and high insurance costs. There was very little room for promotion, especially after they did away with the manager training. But the biggest issue is that the company has absolutely no loyalty to its employees. They have laid off tons of long term employees, starting with the highest paid. Whole departments are being moved to India and the Philippines. So there is no job security. You are just a number to this company.
