      Poor Management, Poor Appraisal System, Poor Cafeteria with unhealthy food, Poor Transportation (No Safety for employees), Need to stop hiring people who haven't completed their graduation, Poor Training etc.

      Pros

      Its a Job as opposed to scooping poop for living.

      Cons

      They outsource jobs to people overseas which is great until they outsource your job so they can pay the people overseas less. The management only cares about numbers. You are not a human to them seeing that everything is virtual. Its the problem with things going virtual you lose the intimate value of speaking to somebody in person. Partly why they see you as a number and if you could be replaced by somebody overseas they will do it which is fine if it was done ethically. I would give up my job to somebody else in another country to do a charitable act but I have to pay bills also. They will make blatant lies and promises but no change. They will have you be a supervisor but pay you as a customer service worker.
