Pros

It is easy to get a job, making less than you would at most other companies. Plenty of entry level jobs if you need something to tide you over until you find a real position somewhere else.

Cons

They laid off a bunch of middle management and support people without no explanation or notice. A few weeks later, all of the executives across the globe were flown to Jamaica for two weeks at a resort for "meetings". No life balance, no loyalty, and below scale pay.
