      Pros

      There is a good mix of employees, Everyone is very easy to work with and a lot of fun.

      Cons

      There is more down time then work time. There are more bosses then employees. The benefits will kill you if you have dependents.

      In Chesapeake, Va there was supposedly only one HR person and she didn't show up for months. My new hire paperwork had to be sent to Florida, well, my pay information never made it and I'm the one who caught it. Irresponsible! My "supervisor" sat in my training class with us because she knew nothing about her job. Nobody was on the same page. My trainer was with the company less than a year and very inexperienced. That made learning hard because her answer to a lot of questions was "I don't know". A coworker made .50cents an hour more than me and I was much more qualified. My supervisor said "she had a great resume" yeah, but not the experience like me.

      Great training, excellent team leads, fun coworkers.

      Cons

      Everything. If they can find a way to screw you over, they will. Support for agents is lacking and most of the time you're left to your own devices. Everyday was stressful. I tried my best at everything and it still wasn't good enough. No one ever knows what's going on. There is little communication between anyone. Questions, comments and concerns are never addressed. Management was snide. I felt belittled and patronized. Most of the time I felt frustrated and overwhelmed.
