No 401K match, no bonuses, non competitive pay, small raises.

Poor management (incl. strategic) - poor operational organization and corporative culture. Salaries, even for support role, are below average in city. Company is situated in the low-skilled labour market (customer and tech support) and rely on poor self-esteem and good overall education in Bulgaria in terms of foreign languages, and cheap labour and land. On top of that, they are ruthless. The big company is just a facade but behind the doors is nothing but pure exploitation. Strategically, the company relies on young people or Sofia newcomers to "fall into their trap". Talentless but motivated management is responsible for extra-pushing the "herd" and ultra-micromanagement, regardless of burnouts and poisoning the atmosphere.
