      I love working at Sutherland . I was fulltime decent pay . Team leads are very nice and helpful . Makes you feel comfortable . I love working at Sutherland. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else . Unfortunately I had to give up client

      Sutherland cares lot for their employees. They conduct loads if activities for their employees. If you have been snd out in ramdown, they will make you to attend interview for other process within sutherland.

      Cons

      If you like to quit the job. It is not easy to resign as quickly as possible. Even if you have been selected in a well reputed company with good salary.
