Pros

I don't have anything good to say about this place and I put in my all effort and busted my butt being I was always in the top 10 on the stack rank out of 100 people.

Cons

Decent co-workers although most of them will talk crap about you behind your back just to make themselves look good to management. No one has the moxie to tell you something to your face. Management is a bunch of incompetent people and claim they're there for you but only are there to make sure you do well so they earn money but don't really care about you at all. Management will toy around with you thinking you're getting promoted just to see your numbers increase and make Sutherland more sufficient but won't promote you. The pay is absolutely terrible for the amount of crap the employees deal with.

Pros

The only thing that I enjoy are some of the people I work with. However, they are all constantly scared their jobs will be eliminated. It is a very precarious place to work.

Cons

They tell a good story and then you come onboard and the story changes. They will say they care about people, but it's all about the bottom-line. The CEO is very shady and the other officers are either lifers and have never been with another org or have been sold a bill of goods. Nobody with any talent stays longer than a year or two. They spend most of their time chasing Accenture and trying to 'transform' into a digital company. Sales are horrible and they are cutting jobs every day.

Pros

It's a full-time job if you need work it is a place that you can go everyday and draw a paycheck

Cons

The management is very clicky they only pick their friends to move up there is not good communication they will do all that they can do too keep you down if they don't like you it does not matter what you do as far as your attendance they will look for any reason to fire you a turnover is very high it's not conducive to moving upwards if you go to management it gets worse there's a Snowball Effect when you try to voice your concerns to the upper management
