The company cares about retention while the management does not. They often plan employee outings or functions to promote unity.
Cons
Training is very poor and they always dock you for a rude customers. They change your work schedule with 1 days' notice and expect you to comply or quit. The management team teaches conflicting tactics and it often leads to massive confusion or irritation. Many managers/supervisors are very rude and condescending to the employees leaving them feel inadequate to function in their daily positions.
