If you use the bathroom, Sutherland deducts the bathroom time from out of my pay check
Strick rules and schedules to follow and zero work life balance or consideration. Vacation is hard to get, I had to wait 2 months for approval was made
Vacation does not roll over yearly, if it is not taken in the 1 year, you also do not get paid

Managers dont consider those who have Children and family, a lady had her child sports day to attend and my manager said she could not get the day off because she has to protect the company best interest. The consultant had put in her request 2 weeks in advance, so sad
