Pros

you get out of the place what you put into the place depending on the program. They have exceptional training and the experience provided for entry level business is great and has helped me further my own career.

Cons

they like to play favorites and tend to promote the people who shouldn't get promoted because they're buddies. A lot of drugs on the production floor and sexual harassment issues tend to get brushed under the carpet. If you complain or whistle blow you will be targeted for doing the right thing. I've seen them fired multiple employees for things that other employees were also doing just because they didn't like the other individual.

Pros

I've been working at sutherland for overy 2 years. It has a ton of advancement opportunities. Most people there are great. If you show up to work and stay on your phone you have potential to make a ton of money. The coaching is consistent and I've always felt supported by my reps, other teams leads and management. Health, dental, eye, and life insurance. 401k plan. Paid days off. Holiday pay, some holidays off. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Inconsistencies are the only constant. Things change all the time so you have to adapt easy. Everyone in reviews you read that say "they take your money" are the people that don't come to work, don't stay on their phone, and don't do what is asked of them. 2 years and I've never had a dime taken what wasn't my own fault. Sometimes it's rough to deal with the customers, lIke any other customer service job.

Chaotic! At best.

Pros

Very flexible work from home ability. The pay is relatively well (compared to the market).

Cons

Where so I start? 1.) This company is SO chaotic. It doesn't know it's head from it's tail. Everyday directions change. One minute you're doing A, the next you're changing it to B. Based on my experience, it's because people aren't talking to each other and they are all doing their own thing. 2.) Internal infrastructure is HORRIBLE. I have literally been on the phone with our GTI (think internal help desk) on hold for over an hour. Multiple times. Also, if you expect to get a response from any type of internal shared services (HR, Payroll, etc), good luck. I've sent emails, called and left messages and even tried to contact the CHRO. Still...nothing. 3.) Benefits: These are terrible. Very expensive with limited coverage. 4.) Management: I haven't talked to my boss (in person or on the phone) in over a month. That's the culture here. Email is everything. 5.) Emails: For the love of god people...pick up the phone once in awhile. I literally have 200+ emails a day when I wake up waiting for me. Half of them are trivial or could be solved with a simple phone call. 6.) India: This is an Indian company. Don't let the NY HQ fool you. The culture is very Indian and the infrastructure is very Indian.
