1. Very political - leaders are influenced by their longest attending comrade. They often shrug off discussions for growth and changes unless you are favored by those that are within the politics of leadership regardless of how good and proven your proposals are.
2. Temp Staff - all non agent positions below team lead role are all under temporary position. Thus, no matter how helpful you have been. No matter how long you have been a help. If you are not favored by the politics. You'll stay replaceable. Worse, some from a certain department hates being outshine by performance, so all you'll get is hate and back stabbing.
3. Conflicts of Interest - men leaders here often get flirty with the people under. This then ends up with so much hidden conflict of interest. Feeling so much in power protected by high politics.
4. Incentive Payment Discrepancies - a lot of dispute that ends up unresolved happens here. A lot of promos and incentives are often advertised without enough resources on hand that ends up with a lot of dispute and issues.
5. Growth - is slow. There are a lot of leaders who can't even come into agreement with strategies to use for a more impactful and effective work. Yes, they come along at times. But again, too many leaders with whom to lead? Thus, little to no growth.
6. No Free Coffee - while most of the companies, especially BPOs, offer free coffee. There is none here. In recruitment at days. A 3-in-1 coffee, but no free vendo coffee or anything else. Only water comes free.
7. Low Salary - despite being in BGC or in a very competitive location. Salary here is very low. Competitive enough probably for beginners or those that has short term experience in BPO. Otherwise, not very competitive. Even for those that are non-agent that are under temporary positions.
