      Pros

      If you're in need of a job and looking to quickly go through the hire process then Sutherland is great at that. I had an offer 2 days after completing the application.

      Cons

      Training for work at home is HORRIBLE. There is very limited information given from the orientation through the training to actually being in production. As I sit in training I'm actually looking for another job. It's just that bad.

      Pros

      I loved everything about the company especially that I could work at home. They have 401k options as well as tons of employee incentives and prizes almost every month. I was nominated for employee of the month in my first month following finishing training

      Cons

      If you work at home you have to have out of the house activities to balance things out but other than that there's no downside as far as I'm concerned.

      Work at home, below market rate pay, management either misinformed or uninformed, unorganized, unprofessional communications to employees, highly stressful due to lack of organization
