The opportunity to work from home and better manage work/life balance issues

Cons

State min unemployment for Customer Service positions and extremely high per pay period rates for health insurance compared to the salary.

Pros

You always got paid on time at least for me. And the customers are awesome.

Cons

Really shady managers. Equipment doenst work and if your equipment doesn't work you get blamed even if you call it in. They also dont care about your home life problems. I had to call in because my 8 month old daughter was sick they told me if i called in again. I could potentially lose my job.
