Pros

PTO benefits are really good. Is a good job to gain experience and move on for career growth.

Cons

Lack of career growth. It will take you over a decade to get a promotion. Management never changes and there is no accountability for upper management. Company does not give yearly bonuses, or Christmas party as appreciation.

It used to be better.

Cons

We just learned that our medical insurance is going up about 50% or more. Me and my coworkers got 3% or less for a "raise" and we don't get bonuses. The new employees make as much as we do when we have worked here for years. Most of our wages are barely considered a livable. We don't get internet reimbursed or any other incentives for working at home. The President also told the entire company on a call that he will NEVER change his mind on giving a 401k match to employees and completely ignored questions about our pay.
