"I worked with Sutherland and had a disappointing experience regarding job security and transparency. Despite adhering to company policies, I was terminated without a clear explanation or solid proof of any policy violation. When I tried to understand the reasons behind this decision, I was met with unresponsive managers and HR representatives who could not provide any concrete evidence to justify the termination. This experience made me realize that job security may not be guaranteed here, and there appears to be a lack of transparency and accountability at certain levels. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and improves in these areas, as it would benefit both current and future employees. I would advise those considering a role here to keep this in mind."

Only thing I can think of is some projects having unreasonable requirements to meet from the client, but that's more a client issue than Sutherland
