      paid training, coaching, chat help

      Cons

      low pay outsourcing company not enough training, very intense knowledge of tech support, got put out there too quick, no schedule flexibility, after maternity they did not allow a schedule change

      Paid on time, they invested in Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses for the usaa program,

      Management extremely unprofessional and there’s a lot of favoritism. Some managers are disrespectful to employees, unorganized program, a lot of unhealthy and inappropriate relationships on the floor between staff & managers, can be like high school most days, they only advance the employees they like - moving up is not based on experience or talent.

      Pros

      - work remote - some good people that work hard. teamwork with a scattered team. - bureaucracy isn't outrageous. lots of rules but once you understand them, you can navigate. - pay is good. quarterly bonuses -

      Cons

      - high turnover - moving all US internal jobs to India - mercurial CEO - short term focus - myopic focus on results. - no onboarding
