Pros

Most programs promote from with in. If you work hard and network.

Cons

When a program is failing upper management will work the staff till everyone is burned out so they don’t have to hire more staff. They will find a reason to term anyone who has gotten raises to save money

Pros

Helping customers and agents who require assistance. Forming an understanding and relationship with each agent to identify their strengths and weaknesses to provide better help to them.

Cons

Miscommunication between management. When requesting a one-on-one to gather a confirmation whether a department was being shut down, time should be made for those agents who depend on this specific job to pay their bills and feed their children. Basically, an extreme lack of clear communication.
