A perfect place to learn and grow for IT professionals

Through my experience in the company, it is a wonderful place to start your IT career. It not only allows but encourages its employees to up-skill themselves and stay updated with the market and technology. To up-skill is a must, since it is an integral part of the organizations performance rating. It has a strong and supportive IT team which allows you to implement your new learning and support in developing the new skill. Yes, it comes with a cost. Your time, interest and dedication. Sutherland was not my first organization. But the best I have been associated with as a Software Engineer.

Cons

Every organization will have its cons. Its part of the package. Rules are simple. Meet the expectations and enjoy the happy, energetic atmosphere in Sutherland.
