Sutherland reviews

Absolutely do NOT work at this location! I have worked at Sutherland more than once, and this was by far the worst experience. Promised a salary of around $80k only to find out that it was complete BS, discriminated against, lied to repeatedly, the list goes on. They do not care about employees. Period. Research them. They have had multiple lawsuits against them. They consistently screw up paychecks at this branch and do not pay their employees for actual time worked but have no problem trying to work you to death and get free labor. The team leads are mostly men and this is definitely an environment that favors men. Some of the TMs abuse their positions of "power" and spend more time flirting with co-workers than actually doing their jobs. No one takes accountability here. They will gaslight you, manipulate you, lie to you, steal your money and still expect you to show up every day and not complain about it. Run far away.

Not really any advancement opportunities at all. Low pay for the amount of stress, 30-minute lunches.
