It's not somewhere to grow easily as the pay is the lowest in the country compared to other locations. Most times management don't ramp up agents in the best way or at least give some form of preference based on ability to handle a specific department.

i have been working for Sutherland since over 5 years and was top performer for a years has reached unprecedented numbers along with brilliant performance and never got accepted for any post i have applied for dozens of opportunities and every time rejection reason was that i am married and have a kid and now i am unemployed as aliexpress acc has locked down and forced me for leaving Sutherland as there is no work from home vacancy and i didn't get anu compensation for that
