- you can’t take PTO (they will deny most of them without a good explanation), sick time is considered an absence, they want agents to do everything and know everything, except managers don’t know half of what the agents know.

Unlimited/flexible PTO. Immediate management very supportive for the most part.

Cons

Outsourcing company, No 401K matching. Technical network issues are continuous for years. No accountability on a program basis for technical network support. Merit increases on base wages for 2026 are well below national averages for outstanding performers. Seems to be issues with Account Management in skilling/distributing sales representatives to receive accepted calls in a reasonably even fashion spread across sales representatives which effects monthly scorecard bonuses negatively. There is a strong correlation to accepted calls to monthly sales. The skilling/distributing accepted calls for last 1/2 year does not align with the program's weighted KPIs or past performance by sales representatives. The disparity is widening monthly.
