      Pros

      Great benefits (insurance, PTO, some OT, paid holidays, etc). Friendly and approachable employees/management. Great advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      It depends on what department/team you're on. I love the team I work with (some of upper management and I have personality clashes - not too big of a deal though.)
