      Pros

      Sutter has great benefits at $0 premiums for the whole family for medical, vision, and dental. The dental is a pretty bad HMO plan that no one takes. Medical is Sutter Select and is okay coverage. Vision is VSP.

      Cons

      Sutter groups all PTO, sick time, holiday pay, etc into a single PTO bank. The pay scale is lower than most other organizations in this industry.

      Benefits, nothing, and nothing at all

      Cons

      Everything there is about that place. The drama, the backstabbing, the children playing manager. The lying from managers to save their own jobs. It's a disgusting, toxic, depressing place.
