      Good job, decent salary, good schedule

      Cons

      They promote based on who they like the most not who's the most qualified. As a result they have upper and middle managers who are personable but completely incompetent and then wonder why so many people leave.

      Great benefits and an okay amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Shared PTO with sick days Leadership greatly mismanaged People retaliated against for voicing concerns. Sketchy billing practices, there’s a reason they’re constantly losing lawsuits against them.

      Management is lacking. Yearly employee surveys are not anonymous as they would like you to believe. Lots of layoffs and hiring freeze for non clinical roles.
