      Pros

      Great working environment. Leaders are very flexible and helpful. Big learning curve for new entrants

      Cons

      Delayed in pay raise. Not all departments have dual language compensation. Holiday work hours are not always great. not all locations provide transportation for workplace. Mondays are required business days, difficult to get off if sick etc.

      Beautiful, clean facilities. Some very nice, competent, hardworking, caring staff. Great marketing.

      Cons

      Serious micro-management issues, heavy handed, some very poor managers. Appear to be suspicious of staff and project impression that they are not valued.
