Worst management structure ever! Bosses are not qualified enough in my opinion and i can say that because the level of micromanagement is insane! they ask you be open and voice your concerns but that might as well fall on deaf years. As admins you pray that your principle is a decent human being otherwise you're at the mercy of whomever you're working with. My location the management is top grade bull-sh*t. they prefer patting themselves on the back for the tiny wins when they know we have massive deficiencies that impact employee moral and patient safety.
