      Management, seniors thinking they’re management, micro-managers, being treated like a child and not trusted to do your job like an adult. NO OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH. Favoritism. Limited amount to schedule changes per month and when you can take pto.

      I was hired and was given no training what’s so ever and quit my job after 11 years to be treated like garbage My coworkers warned me not to work for sutter Hoping to get my old job back

      Hard to Move Up

      Pros

      Most employees have been around for many years and have a lot of knowledge. Benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Analyst III seems to be the top and only a couple Analyst 4 positions are awarded and you often need to leave teams in order to move up at all. Promotions are unheard of.
