      Excessive paper-based charting (no computer charting?! This is the 21st century!!) Assembly-line care All supervisor feedback is one what needs to be done better, not on what is being done well (demoralizing) No team-building... have been there almost a year and still have no time to get to know my coworkers No in services, limited staff meetings

      Fascinating work, brilliant coworkers and researchers. An opportunity for exposure to ideas and people that might otherwise be inaccessible. Good benefits, although that might be changing.

      One's experience greatly depends on the department. Some are stellar; some are disorganized to the point of incompetency and verging on unethical.
