      Good benefits, nice location. Patients are the best part of the job.

      Poor management, no advancement. If you dont have a college degree, your stuck in entry level positions.

      Salary is reasonable. Many dedicated doctors and nurses

      A massive drive by Sutter Health, its mother company, to cut cost during which its long-embraced values are put aside. Demoralizing and staff are all worried about layoffs

      Competetive benefits, work from home, cool co-workers, managers were good for the most part.

      Cons

      Bad decision making from upper leadership. Hardly any flexibiltiy in scheduling, really bad monthly meetings- poorly run and confusing.
