      Pros

      Great team work. Great staff all around. The best patients. Nurses are amazing & Dr’s work well with them. Nice new woman’s & children center. The 5 buildings are all connected by breeze ways which makes it nice when you need to go to different parts of the hospital or outpatient services. There is a new cafeteria too.

      Cons

      It’s hard when there is a lot of favoritism & you aren’t a favorite. Never a manager around to lend a helping hand, just comes when their friends are in charge then leave. Don’t stay to help even when you & co-workers have been running around all day with no breaks & trying to take a lunch. Aren’t allowed to charge for no 15 min breaks, then you get “talked to!” Only break is lunch for 10-11hr shift.
