      Pros

      The employees are great to work with and always willing to help out one another when needed. The benefits are very good. There are often fun events held such as Chili cook-offs, Christmas talent shows, luncheons and other celebrations.

      Cons

      Telecommuting seems to vary depending on the manager and not the work. It would be nice if there was consistency.

      Good benefits, flexible schedule, nice coworkers, people are friendly, able to relocate if a position opens up, easy to transfer.

      Cons

      Not enough training, too much work not enough staff, upper management doesn't see that processes are not working. All offices need help.
