Pros

Pay is competitive, great benefits, and physician dedication .

Cons

Management is unhealthy, The narrative they attempt to sell is staff and patient safety. . The reality is much different. Consistently understaffed, the focus is reporting based on old data that cannot be justified or explained. Sutter Safe Care does not apply to management. Challenging a manager's opinion results in being accused with false accusations. False documentation, or focused negative feedback. Manager are very tight should you challenge or be disliked by one you are profiled until you conform or leave. Holding poorly performing staff accountable is nearly impossible as a result of Sutter safe care. The priority of meeting physician & staff needs is not a concern although promoted as so.. There is emphasis on patient care unfortunately management pushed both staff and physicians beyond limits. Several managers with authority miss use their influence and control. HR is employee focused meaning the supervisor have zero support.

Pros

The pay for front desk is pretty decent.

Cons

Budget cuts. They will lay off people to meet a quota, even when it will possibly interfere with patient care.
