      Flexibility to handle family life. Interesting work which can have an impact on patient lives.

      Hard to move around. Also no substantial pay increase to match the work.

      Pros

      After almost 10 years of working for SPS, it's still a great place to work. Great people, great benefits, exciting and challenging work and phenomenal Sr. Leadership team. The implementation of Daily Engagement System definitely makes managing revenue cycle feel as though we are doing work that matters!

      The coffee is so-so.
