Pros

Great Benefits, Special Projects, Wellness Program, Pay is some what reasonable. It's hard to get into this company, but the benefits make it worth it.

Cons

There is always that one person who hates their job, which lowers the moral of the team.. Because My husband and I work for the same company we had to share my baby bonding time. It's hard to get into this company, but the benefits make it worth it.

Thank you for your feedback! SPS continuously works hard to ensure that our pay and benefits are market competitive. We are happy to hear that you feel positive about this. It's inevitable that there will always be someone unhappy with their job/life. Let's face it, sometimes life is hard and it affects how we work. All we can do is stay positive and support the people who need it so that we can continue to focus on the work that really matters. Thank you for all that you do to make SPS a great place to work. #PartneringforPatients Sincerely, Carla Alegado
