      pay tends to be moderate, they do seem to evaluate pay with market trends which is great but some places are unionized so its based on contract. clinicl opportunities are great and activity tends to be progressive

      Pros

      Good benefits and they pay well. Work life balance used to be very good now it’s just like any company.

      Cons

      Terrible morale as everyone is doing multiple people’s jobs and leadership makes poor decisions. Some departments don’t have career advancement while other departments promote incompetent people to a higher role, though albeit a lesser title than the person who left (manager vs director) to save money.
