      Great concept. Very good wages and bonuses. Great benefits, mostly paid by employer.

      Cons

      Very poor orientation and training. As a new employee, you are left completely alone to figure it out by yourself. All staff except for new hire work remotely. Poor consistency in training. Could it be Director's weakness? Non compliant with expiration dates on critical tests.
