Pros
It pays really well for what I suppose is a retirement or secondary job. It's a great environment and the coworkers and supervisors are fantastic.
Cons
In any service area, customers are hard. In this situation, you're the person standing between a patient and their doctor or care team and they do not like you for it. People get angry that you can't just get their doctor on the phone because they want him on the phone. And they will abuse you for it.
